Group Programs

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Mountain Bike Skills Courses at Barrington Bike Park this year.
 
The event will feature two skill levels: one for beginner to intermediate riders (green trails) and another for more advanced intermediates (blue trails).
Both courses are designed to enhance your riding experience, focusing on maximizing fun, safety, and skill development. By the end of the session, you’ll have greater confidence navigating gravity trails.
 
Each course will run for 4 hours. Riders are responsible for arranging their own shuttle passes (not included in the program fee). There is also an option to add camping to your pass, allowing you to enjoy a full weekend of riding and relaxation by the scenic Barrington River.
 
The special introductory price for the 4-hour course is $149 per rider(price does not include shuttle pass).

Adult Group Mountain Bike Programs

These Programs are for those looking to develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment while also having the chance to meet new like-minded friends to ride with.

These Programs are run according to skill level of either Beginner, Beginner-Intermediate, or Intermediate-Advanced.

Class sizes are limited to 8 persons per Coach to ensure adequate attention for all riders. Individual advice and feedback is also given to each rider to ensure maximum development of skills during the Program.

Upcoming Adult Program Dates:

Adults 2 Hour Beginner/Intermediate – Friday TBA 9.30am to 11.30am Cost $105

Adults 2.5 hour Intermediate/ Advanced – Friday TBA, 2024 9.30am to 12.00pm Cost $125.00

Venue: Glenrock Mountain Bike Park, Gunclub Rd, Merewether.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the program starting and sign in with the coach at gated entrance to Glenrock.

  • What you will need to bring:
    • Mountain bike in working order.
    • Tyres adequately inflated. Please ask coach if unsure of pressure.
    • Spare tube for your bike.
    • Your bike must have handlebar end plugs fitted.
    • Helmet (Australian Standards AS/NZS 2063 approved), gloves, covered shoes.
    • Elbow & knee pads optional but recommended.
    • Water on the bike or in a camelback.
    • Any changes due to the weather or unforeseen circumstances will be on our Facebook and website.
    • Cancellations up to 5 days prior to the course date 100% less $5 processing fee, 1 to 5 days 75%, up to 24 hours 50%.
    • Cancellations due to weather 100% less $5 processing fee or transfer to another course/date.
